This Zontian has been a member for many years and has continually given her time, talent and treasure to support the club. She is often one of the first to volunteer when additional hands are needed, has opened her home for Fellowship events and other gatherings, supported all fundraising events with donations and auction items, and has also served on the Club Board for several years.
She is extremely supportive of our club’s services, activities and mission. She is always willing to give more of herself, her time, and resources than would normally be expected from an individual member. She is a friend to many, and always available to listen, but also willing to stand up and voice her opinion if she disagrees during a discussion.
In addition to our club, she is very supportive of other community agencies that align well with our mission.
While she has thus far shied away from ‘higher positions’ in Zonta, she has attended several area and district events, is someone who can represent our club at any level, help make any event a success, much more beautiful, and often delicious, while doing so.
