Zonta International is a leading global organization of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. Zonta International has over twelve hundred clubs in sixty-three countries and has over 27,000 members.
Almost a Century of Service
The Zonta Club of Everett was organized on May 16, 1929.
Our mission is to increase opportunities for community and personal enrichment while striving to improve the status of women. Our annual auction Gala benefits a number of local and international projects chosen yearly to promote the status of women.
When you join the Zonta Club of Everett, we ask that you make a certain level of commitment. We are a very active club and, as such, rely on our members to try and do the following:
- Participate in at least one meeting every month
- Attend the fund-raising events
- Serve on a committee
- Participate in hands-on service projects
- Spread the word about Zonta
